Frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine yeast and warm milk. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add sugar, melted butter, salt, and egg. Slowly mix in the flour. Knead until smooth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, then sprinkle with ugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased pan. Let them rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes
- Mix the fristing ingredients until smooth. Spread over the warm rolls
